Biography

Cross-country skier Gabriel Heß finished eighth with the German relay team at the 1992 Albertville Winter Games. She also competed in individual races with results between 14th and 16th place. At the 1989 and 1991 World Championships, she also had little success.

Heß’s career started in East Germany, winning a national title in 1989 with the ASK Vorwärts Oberhof relay, and am individual bronze over 10 km. After reunification, she won two national titles over 10 km in 1991 and 1992, and a silver over 5 km in 1991. She also added a relay gold in 1992.
