Biography

Jenni Meno was an American pairs skater who started her career with Scott Wendland, winning a bronze medal at the 1991 US Championships, and a silver medal in 1992. At the World Championships, they were 10th in 1991 and 11th in 1992, and competed together at the 1992 Winter Olympics. After the Winter Olympics, Meno switched to skating with Todd Sand. They would compete together in competition through the 1998 season and skated professionally with Stars on Ice for six seasons. They also fell in love and were married in July 1995. Meno and Sand were US Champions in 1994-96, won the Prague Skate in 1993, and the NHK Trophy in 1997. At the World Championships they were third in 1995-96 and second in 1998, after they had placed eighth at the Winter Olympics. Meno and Sand have two children and work as skating coaches.
