Biography

East German Rainer Dietel from Klingenthal was a Nordic combined skier who competed at the 1960 Squaw Valley and the 1964 Innsbruck Winter Olympics. He finished 17th and 9th, respectively, in the individual event. In 1962 and 1963 he won the East German national title. No more results are known from him.
