Biography
Herbert Hindelang participated as a biathlete at the 1968 Grenoble Olympics. He finished 41st in the individual single 20 km event and ninth with the West German team. Hindelang also participated in the 1966-67 and 1969-71 biathlon World Championships with lesser success. After his active career he turned to coaching.
