Andrei Ioanovici was a Romanian ice hockey player who was active during the 1960s. Ioanovici played for several teams including Sportul Studențesc and SC Miercurea-Ciuc, in addition to representing the national team during his career. In 1964 he was part of the team that competed at the Innsbruck Olympics where he played in four matches. Ioanovici later worked as the assistant coach of the Romanian under-18 and under-20 teams.
