Biography

Jayme Dickman was a rifle shooter who placed sixth in air rifle at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. Dickman won two gold medals at the 1999 Pan American Games, in air rifle and small-bore rifle, 3 positions. She won silver at the 1998 World Championships in the team small-bore rifle, 3 positions. In 1996 she was on the team that set an air rifle team world record. Dickman starting sport shooting in 1992 after switching from ballet when she discovered the shooting range at a YMCA summer camp. She then attended Indiana State Camps in 1992-1994, and the 1992 National Junior Olympic Shooting Camp.
