Biography

Per Rollum was born and raised in Oslo and competed for the club Heming. He was Norwegian Champion in giant slalom in 1952 and 1953 and slalom in 1952. He placed second on three occasions in the international Holmenkollen Kandahar Alpine skiing competition, in slalom in 1953 and 1957 and giant slalom in 1953. He competed in the 1954 World Championships and ended his skiing career after the 1957 season. Rollum worked as a businessman and lived with his family in Oslo until his death in 2014.
