Biography

Diana Willson was the granddaughter of Admiral Alfred Ernest Albert Grant and wife of Major Walter James Latimer Willson, a noted socialite in Kildare and Master of the Kildare Hounds. They were prominent property owners who had purchased/sold many large estates over Ireland throughout the 1960s and 1970s, including Castletown House in Celbridge, County Kildare. The couple divorced in 1976, and Diana later remarried and resided in England.
