Biography

After the end of World War II Gwon Ik-Hyeon represented South Korea in international cycling competitions. In 1948 Gwon competed in the road race at the London Olympics but did not finish the course. Four years later he returned to the Olympics for the road race at the 1952 Helsinki Games.
