Lê Van Phuoc was a Vietnamese cyclist who was active during the early 1950s. In 1952 South Vietnam first competed at the Olympics, sending a delegation of eight athletes to the Games. Lê was one of four cyclists to compete in the individual road race but he did not finish the course. Four years later he returned to the Olympics for the 1956 Games in Melbourne where he rode in the sprint in the velodrome but finished third in his round one heat.
