Wiktor Olecki was one of the leading road cyclists in Poland from the late 1920s to the mid-1930s. In 1928 Olecki finished second in the general classification at the Tour of Poland, before winning the 12th stage of the race a year later. Despite winning three stages of the 1933 edition of the race, he once again finished second overall. One year later, however, Olecki became the Polish road race champion, before finishing second in 1935 and 1936. In 1936 he also competed in the road race at the Berlin Olympics where he finished the course, but his time was not recorded. Olecki retired shortly after the Olympics and later coached young cyclists.
