Biography
Football goalkeeper Fritz Nikolai played with the Austrian national team at the 1952 Helsinki Olympics. The team lost its quarter-final 3-1 to defending champions Sweden. Domestically, he played with 1. FC Guntramsdorf from 1946-47 and 1951-53, broken by a stint with Austria Wien (Vienna) from 1947-51.
