The career of Serbian handball player Radivoj Krivokapić spanned more than 20 years, with him playing for domestic teams in Yugoslavia, West Germany, and Spain. Krivokapić joined RK Senta in 1966, staying with the side until 1972. He later joined Kolinska Slovan in Ljubljana, with the team becoming the champions of Yugoslavia in 1980. In 1982 he played one season with the German club SG Dietzenbach before finishing his career with Tecnisa Alicante in Spain.
Krivokapić made his senior début for Yugoslavia in 1974 at the World Championships in East Germany. Two years later he competed at the 1976 Montréal Olympics, playing in five matches and scoring 13 goals. He enjoyed some success on the international stage, winning gold at the 1979 Mediterranean Games and silver at the 1982 World Championships. Krivokapić represented Yugoslavia 94 times with his international career spanning almost a decade.
