Massimo Marconcini was an Italian rower who participated at three World Championships – in 1989 in Bled (eighth in the eights), in 1990 in Tasmania (seventh in the eights), and in 1994 in double sculls (12th), paired with Michele Quercioli. At the 1992 Barcelona Games he was in the single scull, where he finished in 13th place as the winner of the C Final.
