Biography

Gunnar Grantz rowed as a member of the Christiania Roklub mostly in fours and eights. Accordingly, he was a member of the club’s inriggers coxed four and eight at the 1912 Olympic Games. Both boats did not advance to the second round.

Working as a clerk and agent, he went to the United States in 1916 and soon became a US citizen.
