Arnfinn Larsen was a Norwegian rower who represented Bærum Roklubb in Sandvika. Larsen was part of the team that rowed in the coxed fours at the 1952 Helsinki Olympics. The crew of Larsen, Bjørn Christoffersen, Wilhelm Hayden, Thor Nilsen, and cox Leif Andersen qualified directly to the semi-finals where they finished third in their heat before being eliminated in the repêchage.
