Irena Soukupová was a Czechoslovak competitive rower who represented the Český Veslařský Klub in Praha. Soukupová was part of the quadruple sculls crew that competed at the 1988 Seoul Olympics, with the team finishing fifth. Four years later she returned to the Olympics to row in the same event at the 1992 Barcelona Games, this time placing sixth.
