Cleve Livingston was a member of some of the great Harvard eights of the late 60s. He helped Harvard to three straight victories at the Eastern Sprints (1966-68) and won a gold medal at the 1967 Pan-American Games in the eight-oared shell. He participated in two Olympics, the eight-oar finishing sixth in 1968 but coming through for a silver medal in 1972.
