Tenth individually in trapshooting at the 1912 Olympics, Ralph Spotts broke the third-high number of birds among the six U.S. members in the team event. Spotts was a three-time American trapshooting champion and was the chairman of the New York AC trapshooting committee for many years. He made his living as a real estate broker in New York City.
