Biography
Swimmer Peter Schorning did not qualify for the semifinals of the 100 freestyle at the 1968 Mexico City Olympics. He was a member of the West German 4x100 freestyle relay finishing sixth in the final. He later became a school teacher for sports and biology and coached youth swimmers as head coach in Bottrop, Gladbeck, Bochum and Mülheim.
