Biography
Swimmer Georg Mascetti was a long distance freestyler. He participated in the 1952 Helsinki Olympics for Saar and was eliminated in the heats of the 400 metres freestyle. He was scheduled to take part in the 1,500 metres but did not start as he felt his performance in the 400 had not been good enough.
