Biography

Dan Landry was a Southern Californian who was raised in Manila, Philippines by Christian missionary parents. He played volleyball in college at UCLA, leading them to the 1993 NCAA title, and making All-American in both 1992 and 1993. Landry played at the 1996 and 2000 Olympics with the USA indoor team. He also won a bronze medal at the 1994 World Championships and a silver medal at the 1995 Pan American Games. In the Philippines, Landry had led his school, Faith Academy, to three Filipino titles, and was a three-time All-League selection.
