Lennox Kilgour had the following podium finishes at major championships: 3rd in the 1952 Olympics Middle-Heavyweight class (402.5 kg); 2nd in the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games Middle-Heavyweight class (865 pounds); 2nd in the 1951 Pan American Games Heavyweight class (402.5 kg).
