Biography

Howard Stupp won two wrestling gold medals at the Pan-American Games – 1975 in 62 kg. Greco-Roman, and 1979 in 68 kg. Greco-Roman. He later earned a law degree from McGill University and since the mid-1990s has served as chief legal counsel for the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
