Albert Bechestobill competed in welterweight freestyle wrestling at the 1904 St. Louis Olympics. He represented the St. Louis Amateur Athletic Association (AAA) and was the 1906 AAU middleweight wrestling champion. An all-around athlete, he also competed in cycling, swimming, gymnastics, and track. Bechestobill later worked as a salesman for the Sinclair Refining Company.
