Canadian track and field athlete William Fuller was born in Montréal, Québec in 1905. A specialist in sprinting, Fuller competed during the 1930s. He ran in the 400 metres at the 1924 Paris Olympics but did not advance from the heats. He was also named as an alternate for the 4 × 400 metres relay but the Canadian quartet were eliminated in the first round and Fuller did not run.
