Biography

Carmen Valdés finished eighth in the 100 metres at the 1975 Pan American Games. She was also a member of two silver medal winning Pan American Games 4×100 metres relay teams in 1971 (with Silvia Chivás, Fulgencia Romay, and Marlene Elejarde) and in 1975 (with Fulgencia Romay, Silvia Chivás, and Marlene Elejarde).

Personal Best: 100 – 11.1 (1976).
