Biography

Kalle Ebb, an all-round sportsman, took fifth place in the 3000 m steeple chase at the 1924 Olympics, in the shadow of better known compatriots Nurmi and Ritola. Ebb also competed in motorsports, where he was mostly active in races in the Nordic countries, claiming several victories in the Finnish GP. He was also an avid alpine skier.

Personal Best: 3000S – 9:57.6 (1924).
