Biography

Charles Davies was a finalist in the AAA 440 y in 1906 (4th) and 1907 (3rd) and a semi-finalist in the 400 m at the 1908 Olympic Games. He was a member of the Polytechnic Harriers team which set a UK record for the 4×440y relay in 1908. He was a civil servant with the Home Office.

Personal Best: 400 – 49.8 (1908).
