Biography

A finalist in the Olympic 1500 in 1908, Vincent Loney later enjoyed a successful cross-country career. In 1909 he finished seventh in the National, was a member of the winning Birchfield Harriers team, and placed third in the International Championship. A trophy in his name has been established by his first club, Stoke AC.

Personal Best: 1500 – 4:05.2 (1908).
