Biography

Pentathlete Gerda Uhlemann came in 19th at the 1968 Mexico City Olympic Games. At the 1966 Europeans she finished sixth and was eliminated in the long jump qualification. The same year she earned her only East German title in the pentathlon. She worked as a shop fitter.

Personal Best: Pen – 4889 (1968).
