Biography

East German hurdler Christian Voigt started at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics in the 110 hurdles and did not reach the semifinals. He came in fifth one year later at the European Cup. Voigt won the East German 110 hurdles titles in 196-65, and was also indoors 55 hurdles champion in 1965. He competed in nine international matches for the former GDR.

Personal Best: 110H – 14.1 (1964).
