Biography

Fatima Aouam was a Moroccan middle-distance runner, who was chosen Moroccan Athlete of the Year in 1987. She won three medals at the 1985 Arab Games, and two gold medals in 1988 at the African Games. Aouam also won two gold medals at the 1989 Francophone Games. She reached the final round of the 1,500 at the 1985 Universiade and the 1988 Olympics.

Personal Bests: 1500 – 4:05.49 (1986); 3000 – 8:57.48 (1989).
