Biography

Mexican track athlete Guillermo Amparan competed as a sprinter and a middle-distance runner. Amparan ran in the 400 metres and the 800 metres at the 1924 Paris Olympics but did not advance from the heats in both races. He was also scheduled to run in the 1,500 metres and the 4 × 400 metres relay in Paris but did not start in either race.

Personal Bests: 400 – unknown; 800 – 2:00.2 (1928).
