Boxer Robert Gausterer was Austrian flyweight champion in 1948 and was selected to represent his country at the 1948 London Olympics. He lost his first-round bout to South Korean Han Su-An, who went on to win the bronze medal. Gauterer was affiliated with Klagenfurter AC and never turned professional.
