Billie Legg had the following podium finishes at major championships: 3rd in the 1930 British Empire Games 4×110 yards Relay (with Willie Walters and the non-Olympians Howard Davies and Werner Gerhardt), 3rd in the 1930 British Empire Games 4×440 yards Relay (with Willie Walters and the non-Olympians John Chandler and Werner Gerhardt). Legg also finished fourth in the 1930 British Empire Games 110 yards, but was eliminated in the heats of the 220 yards.

Personal Bests: 100 – 10.6e (1928); 200 – 21.3y (1928).
