Biography

Margaréta Schieferová was a Slovak athlete. At the 1936 Berlin Olympics Schieferová represented Czechoslovakia. Schieferová finished in 12th place in the discus throw. Also in 1936 Schieferová became the Czechoslovak Athletics Championship in the discus with a throw of 35.68 metres. After World War II Schieferová studied law and moved to Austria.
