František Kiehlmann was a Czechoslovak track and field athlete who represented Slavia Praha. A specialist in the hurdles, Kiehlmann was selected to compete at the 1920 Antwerpen Olympics. He ran in the 400 metres hurdles where he finished in third place in his heat with only the top-two athletes progressing.
