Biography
Leon Zarifis played only singles at the 1906 Olympic tennis tournament. He was a cousin of Nikolaos Zarifis, who played all three tennis events in 1906. Leon lost in the quarter-finals of the 1906 singles, after advancing to round two on a walkover.
