Biography

Janusz Hajnos was a right winger who competed for Poland in ice hockey at the 1992 Albertville Olympic Winter Games. Domestically he played for Podhala Nowy Targ (1984-96, 1997-2000), KKH Katowice (1996-97), and GKS Katowice (2000-03). He won four Polish national championships, all with Podala Nowy Targ from 1993-96, and was a runner-up in the league five times during his 17 league seasons. Hajnos played at the World Championships in 1990, 1995, and 1997. He earned 72 international caps for Poland.
