Oldřich Kolář was a Czechoslovak cross-country skier. Kolář was a solider during World War I, fighting in the mountain areas of Slovakia. After the war Kolář joined his local ski club and took part in races in Czechoslovakia and Poland. Kolář competed in the 50 kilometres at the 1924 Chamonix Olympics. He finished in 19th place.

After the Olympics Kolář worked as a mason and helped to organise cross-county ski races. Kolář also trained school children. He was active in skiing into his 80s.
