Biography
Artistic gymnast René Tschernitschek represented Germany at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and placed 77th in the individual all-around and helped the team finish tenth. He did not reach any of the apparatus finals. By profession, he became a bank clerk specializing in home savings, insurances, and investments.
