Bernhard Vogel

Herbert Vogel (Union Riga) won three Russian championships: the 400 m in 1911 and both relays (4 x 100 m and 4 x 400 m) with his club team in 1914. He added two bronze medals in the high jump in 1911 and the 800 m in 1914. The 1914 championships were held as part of the 2nd All-Russian Olympics in Riga.
