Neyssa Étienne was a Haitian tennis player who played professionally from 1999 to 2009. Étienne achieved a career-best singles ranking of #397 in the world in September 2003 and a doubles ranking of #492 in the world in October 2002. She had some success as a junior including reaching the final of the girls’ doubles at the 2001 French Open with the German player Annette Kolb. On the ITF Circuit she won one singles title and two doubles titles. Étienne represented Haiti in the singles at the 2000 Sydney Olympics but lost in the first round to Silvija Talaja in straight sets. Two years after the Olympics she won bronze in the mixed doubles at the Central American and Caribbean Games.
