Biography

A member of the RAF bobsleigh team that represented Great Britain at the 1948 Winter Olympics, Jack McLean served the Air Force as a squadron-leader. He was a member of the Great Britain I crew that finished seventh at St. Moritz. Their best performance came on run three when they finished third, just 1/10 sec behind the eventual gold medalists, USA II.
