Biography

Sepp Schneeberger won 15 Austrian national titles overall, winning at 16 km (1952, 1954-56), 30 km (1952-55), and with the relay (1951-57). He participated in two Olympic Winter Games in 1952 and 1956. In 1952 he was a member of the Austrian relay team that finished fifth. At the 1954 World Nordic Ski Championships in Falun, Schneeberger placed 57th as best Austrian in the 15 km and was part of the 4×10 km team that finished ninth.
