Biography

Jamie Langenbrunner was a right winger who played for 19 years in the NHL, his first eight with the Dallas Stars. Langenbrunner was a finalist for the Calder Trophy as the NHL’s top rookie in 1996/97. He then joined the New Jersey Devils for nine years, before returning to Dallas for one year, and then playing his final two seasons with the St. Louis Blues, Langenbrunner also played the 2004/05 season, an NHL boycotted season, with ERC Ingolstadt in Germany.

Langenbrunner played for the US at the 1998 and 2010 Winter Olympics, winning a silver medal in 2010. He also played internationally at the 2004 World Cup. He put his name on the Stanley Cup twice, in 1999 with the Dallas Stars and in 2003 with the New Jersey Devils.
