Biography

German short tracker Christin Priebst participated in the 2002 Salt Lake City and 2006 Torino Winter Olympics, but failed to reach an A-final at either Games. Her best result was an eighth place over 1,500 metres in 2002. She was more successful at European Championships, winning two gold medals (2007, 2010), two silvers (2009, 2013) and four bronzes (2002, 2004-05, 2008), all with the relay squads.

Domestically, Priebst won several titles since 2001 and was affiliated with ESC Dresden, later renamed EV Dresden. She also set several national records.
