Biography

Ryan Berube swam the 4x200 freestyle relay at the 1996 Olympics, winning a gold medal. Berude also won gold medals in that event at the 1993 Universiade and the 1995 Pan American Games. Berube swam at Southern Methodist University (SMU) where he was a 26-time All-American. He graduated with a BBA in history and a BBS in finance.

Berube went into finance, working as a wealth manager for UBS Private Wealth Management. He and his wife were also known for their work with charitable giving, notably with Swim Across America, a charitable organization that raises money for cancer research.
