Biography

Bouwens was a member of the Dutch team that placed third in the 1900 free pistol team competition. He had a long career, taking part in a second Olympics in 1920. He also won several medals in World Championships, including a silver in the army rifle in 1914, and a silver in the 1901 team rapid fire rifle event.
